This is a fantastic vintage Original Mixed media, tall textured painting. Signed and dated on verso. It looks like metal, with a dark lead color and some shine with interesting criss cross textured scratches...a natural piece of wood has been incorporated into the top of the painting and held onto the frame in a sculptural form, possibly made of wood and plaster.
