Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At the heart of every product lies a unique story, driven by our passion for quality and innovation. Each item enhances your everyday life and sparks joy.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please call us within the first 2 days of delivery if you have decided to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping and insurance is at the customer’s expense and must match the same insurance and shipping method as the item was delivered. Improperly packaged or underinsured items are at the customer’s risk if lost or damaged in shipment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and we charge a 3.5% restocking fee unless the payment was made via bank transfer. Contact us  for that payment option. Returns are accepted at our sole discretion.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, up to 7 days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Items that have undergone any form of alteration cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Items sold in ‘as is’ condition , and all clearance stock, cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note the following are not returnable/refundable (1) shipping and insurance fees (delivery and returns); (2) sale or discounted purchases; (3) international (outside US) purchases; (4) in-person purchases. We do not issue credits, partial refunds, or post-sale discounts.

California and New York Sales Tax

Applicable taxes will be charged on the order total (including shipping and insurance) for shipments within New York State and California.
