Rhinestone jewelry became popular in the 1940s and 1950s, offering a more affordable option for those who wanted the look of diamonds. Kramer's designs were known for their attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials, making them a sought-after brand among vintage jewelry collectors. Clip-on earrings were common during this era, as many women did not have pierced ears, and heavier earrings are easier with clips.
