This is a very beautiful large 14k gold heart cut sapphire and diamond double love heart ring. Bought in the UK, this is a vintage piece, looks like new.
Surrounding the sapphire is a 5 prong setting enhancing the blue of the sapphire and second heart of three round cut diamonds flashing small lights with their subtle sparkle.
